For the past couple years I've been using Swag Bucks as my main search engine on my computer, as a result I have earned over $75.00!

It really is that easy, all you have to do is sign up, and use them as your search engine!  You can also earn points many other ways on their site, like answering a daily poll, surveys, watching short video's, special offers, and even shopping online!

Melodiejoy's Quiet Time

If you ever wonder why I don't regularly post on my blog...the answer is actually found in the title of my blog

~ Melodiejoy's Quiet Time ~

Keeping house, schooling and caring for 5 young children, and ministry absorbs most of my waking hours each day!

And having "Quiet Time" is a rare occurrence in this home.
(just the way we LOVE it!)

I typically have enough time to open my blog, think about something to post, and then something comes up that I need to turn my attention too.

Actually right now, I only have 2 kids home, so I thought it would be a perfect opportunity to post something, and I've already been "interpreted" countless times while typing this short post.

I've always wondered how so many mothers of multiple kiddo's find time to sit and type out a post.  More often though I wonder how they take the time to photograph their lives, edit the photo's and have detailed images for each step of their crafting projects!  Way to go blogger Mom's out there that have a blogging schedule that I only dream about!!!!  

I do need to go now, I have a daughter standing beside me awaiting my attention :-)

Home Organization

You many think I'm strange.... but that's OK you wouldn't be the first :-)

But I LOVE to organize things!!!

I keep a tidy home, but I keep seeing other bloggers and people using home-management binders (which are super organized), so I thought why not give it a try.

So far I found this one...

It looks simple enough to follow, and I've always thought that a home management binder would be fun to set up.

I've already saved many of the forms to my computer, and I'm going to print them off today.

Do you use a home-management system?  If so I'd be excited to know what you use!

30 Before 30 Update

Well my 30th Birthday has come and gone....and I need to admit that I only completed 25 of my 30 items on my list.

I'm actually not even slightly disappointed in not quite finishing the list, because I had a blast doing the ones that I did!!

And I would still encourage others to do a list of their own.  It was fun!

Enjoying my 30's ~ although I don't feel like I'm in my 30's
